POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service Agent – also called the Client Performance Associate plays a key customer service role as the frontline representative for TravelTab at the car rental counters. They are accountable for the inventory of the TravelTab, product management, training on new device features and motivation of our Clients’ Car Rental Agents to offer all customers the TravelTab. This position is responsible for building positive relationships with the Car Rental Agents, while educating and supporting them for peak performance.  The approach is service based sales and very hands on.
